These Terms of Use govern the use of the website and the booking of accommodation at CocoonHuts Résidences, a premium aparthotel located in Martinique (French Caribbean). By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking at CocoonHuts Résidences.

3. Reservations

All bookings are made through the Beds24 platform integrated into this website. By completing a reservation, you accept the booking conditions displayed at the time of booking.

4. Pricing and Fees

The displayed rate includes accommodation. The following additional charges may apply:

  • Cleaning fee: as indicated during the booking process
  • Tourist tax: as required by local regulations, collected separately

5. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €500 is required for each booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation and confirmation that no damage has occurred.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are determined by the conditions displayed on the Beds24 platform at the time of booking. Please review these conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.

7. House Rules

Guests are required to respect the following rules during their stay:

  • No animals are permitted on the premises.
  • Non-smoking policy applies to all indoor and outdoor areas.
  • Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Smoke and CO₂ detectors are installed throughout the accommodation for your safety. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

8. Private Pool

The accommodation includes access to a private pool. Use of the pool is entirely at the guest's own risk and under the guest's sole responsibility. CocoonHuts Résidences shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries occurring in or around the pool area. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.

9. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition throughout their stay. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment shall be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.

10. Limitation of Liability

CocoonHuts Résidences shall not be held liable for any disruptions, interruptions, or errors on this website, nor for any consequences arising from the use or inability to use the website or the accommodation.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the application of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fort-de-France, Martinique.
